Ronnie Doss, PsyD

Dr. Ronnie Doss is a dedicated Clinical Psychologist with a rich educational background, having earned a Doctor of Clinical Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, IL.

With extensive clinical experience, Ronnie is the Practice Owner and Provider at Accepting Psychology Inc, where they provide psychological treatment via individual, group, couples, and psychological assessments to California residents. Ronnie also serves as a Senior Supervisor Psychologist at a Psychiatric Inpatient Facility, overseeing multiple inpatient units and supervising various professional disciplines. He is also a  med-legal expert and a California Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME).

Dr. Doss was drawn to psychology immediately upon taking his first undergraduate course.  The field aligned deeply with his core values of lifelong learning and helping others. While he has broad clinical expertise, Dr. Doss holds a special interest in the evaluation and treatment of individuals facing trauma, grief and loss, sleep disorders, relational challenges, anxiety, and depression.

Born and raised in Chicago, IL, Dr. Doss now resides in Northern CA.  Outside of his professional life, Ronnie enjoys playing basketball, watching and debating sports, learning about history, creative writing, as well as spending/making time for friends and family.
