Scott M. Thompson
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Graduating from California State University San Bernardino, Scott immediately went to work in the insurance claims industry, joining Aetna Casualty in their Workers Compensation Claims Department. In 1993, Scott joined Arrowhead Evaluation Services as Assistant Administrator and was in charge of physician recruiting and quality control. From 1993 to 2000, the physician roster grew 400%. Becoming CEO in 2008, Scott successfully grew the IME department and expanded the size of Arrowhead threefold. In his non-work time, Scott enjoys time with his family, volunteering as a soccer coach, and cheering on the Los Angeles Galaxy soccer team.

Lee Ann Plogger
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS – IME/MEDICAL EXPERTS
Before joining Arrowhead Evaluation Services, over a decade ago, Lee Ann honed her skills as a Regional Quality Control Director in the finance industry. Her tenure in consumer finance equipped her with a solid foundation in analysis, risk assessment, and client relations skills that have proven invaluable in her subsequent role. Under Lee Ann’s leadership, the IME department has flourished, growing from a single employee to a team of 8 dedicated professionals.
Lee Ann resides in Redlands, home of Arrowhead headquarters, with her husband and two dogs. In her spare time, she is an avid sports fan and loves traveling with her husband and two grown children.
