Quazi Al-Tariq, MD, is a board-certified, fellowship -trained diagnostic and interventional radiologist based in Los Angeles. Dr. Al-Tariq has extensive experience in both clinical practice and med-legal case review. He specializes in the interpretation of advanced imaging studies, including MRI, CT, PET-CT, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy, and can provide analysis across a wide range of medical and traumatic conditions. His experience includes advanced body imaging, neuroradiology, nuclear medicine, and a broad spectrum of interventional procedures, including oncologic and hepatobiliary interventions.
Dr. Al-Tariq completed his Diagnostic Radiology residency at UCLA, followed by advanced fellowship training in Body Imaging at Stanford University and Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the University of Washington. His dual fellowship training provides him with an extensive understanding of both diagnostic imaging and image-guided therapeutic procedures.
Dr. Al-Tariq is an active member of multiple professional organizations, including the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA), the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR), the American College of Radiology (ACR), and the American Roentgen Ray Society (ARRS). He is also a published author and frequent presenter at national and international radiology conferences, with research focused on interventional oncology and advanced imaging techniques.
