Brian Delpasand, MD is a board-certified Psychiatrist based in Southern California. In addition to his practice, Dr. Delpasand is available for med-legal evaluations throughout Southern California.
Dr. Delpasand has extensive experience in inpatient, outpatient, forensic, and emergency psychiatric settings. He is skilled in the assessment and treatment of a broad range of psychiatric conditions, with particular expertise in anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma- and stressor-related conditions (including post-traumatic stress disorder), and psychotic disorders. His practice focuses on the management of complex and treatment-resistant cases through individualized, evidence-based care.
Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Delpasand serves as a certified California Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME), a medical expert witness, and has experience conducting Independent Disability Retirement (IDR) evaluations for Public Employees’ Retirement System (PERS).
