Gary Huang, MD

Dr. Gary Huang is a board-certified, fellowship-trained cardiologist with advanced expertise in cardiovascular imaging, including echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and cardiac computed tomography. Dr. Huang holds multiple board certifications through the American Board of Internal Medicine and nationally recognized certification boards in echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and cardiovascular CT.

Dr. Huang has held significant academic and clinical leadership roles, including Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Washington and Medical Director of Echocardiography Laboratories at both Harborview Medical Center in Seattle and St. Mary’s Medical Center in San Francisco. He currently practices as a non-invasive cardiologist and partner with Cardiovascular Medical Group in San Francisco, where he provides comprehensive cardiac evaluation and management. His clinical practice emphasizes multimodality imaging in the diagnosis and assessment of complex cardiovascular conditions, including coronary artery disease, structural heart disease, heart failure, and arrhythmias.

In addition to his clinical work, he has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and book chapters focused on cardiovascular imaging and disease processes, and he is an active contributor to national cardiology organizations, including the American College of Cardiology and the American Society of Echocardiography. His combination of clinical expertise, academic involvement, and leadership supports his ability to provide thorough, med-legal evaluations and opinions based on the medical evidence.
