Kent Nishiya, DC

Dr. Kent Nishiya earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science from California State University, Long Beach, before completing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCUHS) in Whittier, California. Since beginning practice in 2021, Dr. Nishiya has been dedicated to helping individuals optimize their health and function through a vitalistic, patient-centered approach to chiropractic care.

His work focuses on supporting the body’s innate ability to adapt, heal, and perform at its highest potential. Dr. Nishiya is passionate about helping patients improve movement, enhance nervous system function, and cultivate greater resilience in their daily lives.  In his med-legal practice, Dr. Nishiya is committed to providing thorough, objective, and evidence-based evaluations and timely delivery of clear, well-reasoned report.

Outside of practice, Dr. Nishiya enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons. He can often be found surfing, exploring the outdoors, staying active in nature, and enjoying beach days with his family.
