Oscar Rodriguez, DC

Dr. Oscar Rodriguez is a California Qualified Medical Evaluator and experienced Doctor of Chiropractic with more than 25 years of medical-legal experience in the evaluation of industrial injuries and disability claims. Since becoming a QME in 1999, he has provided comprehensive evaluations involving musculoskeletal injuries, spinal conditions, extremity injuries, and issues related to causation, apportionment, impairment, and work restrictions.

Dr. Rodriguez earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Whittier College and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Los Angeles Chiropractic College. He is certified as a Chiropractic Sports Physician and an Industrial Disability Examiner, with extensive post-graduate training in upper extremity and shoulder injuries, sport-related injuries, advanced personal injury management, biomechanical analysis of low-speed motor vehicle impacts, and accident reconstruction for personal injury claims. In addition to his medical-legal practice, Dr. Rodriguez provides clinical services through Lee & Rodriguez Chiropractic Corp. He is an active member of the California Chiropractic Association and the Coalition for Injured Workers
