Cal Pelra 50th StarsThe California Public Employers Labor Relations Association, or CALPELRA, helps California public sector employers better serve their communities by providing comprehensive, quality training in labor relations and personnel management and by fostering professional development with a dynamic network of support.

CALPELRA is a nonprofit California association established in 1975, and is comprised of public sector management representatives to carry out their agencies' human resource programs. Each year, CALPELRA holds an Annual Training Conference to provide training and allow individuals to benefit from the experiences and expertise of a wide range of public sector labor relations, human resources professionals and industry-relevant service providers.
