Kevin Cahill, MD

Kevin Cahill, MD is a board-certified general surgeon with extensive experience in a broad range of surgical procedures and patient care settings. His surgical training emphasized high operative volume and comprehensive exposure to general surgery pathology, providing a strong foundation in both traditional and minimally invasive surgical techniques. Dr. Cahill is highly experienced in laparoscopy and endoscopy and performs approximately 500 colonoscopies and endoscopies annually.

Throughout his career, Dr. Cahill has served diverse patient populations in hospital and community-based settings across California and Colorado, including appointments at Sutter Coast Hospital, Sterling Regional Medical Center, Tahoe Forest Hospital, Banner Lassen Medical Center, and Adventist Health Clearlake. His clinical background includes extensive operative experience, gastrointestinal procedures, and the management of complex surgical conditions. Outside of his clinical practice, he serves as a California Qualified Medical Examiner.

In his spare time, Dr. Cahill enjoys skiing, hiking, touring, soccer, movies, and piano, and he is conversational in both German and Spanish.
