Ralph Lissaur, M.D., J.D., L.L.M., M.B.A, F.C.L.M., is a board-certified of psychiatrist and a professor. He currently is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of California, Riverside School of Medicine and a staff psychiatrist for the Riverside County Department of Mental Health.

Dr. Lissaur attended the University of Arizona College of Medicine, and then did his residency in psychiatry at the University of California, Irvine Medical Center. He was a tax lawyer working for several private law firms in New York City and in San Francisco prior to switching careers to medicine. Dr. Lissaur maintains a part time practice in Central California where he provides psychiatric care to an underserved community, and he does psychiatric evaluations and assessments for workers’ compensation patients in Southern California. As evidenced by his psychiatric work history, he has a strong interest in serving underserved and disenfranchised communities.

He is a fellow of the American College of Legal Medicine, a member of the American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law, and a member of the American Psychiatric Association.
