Dr. Locke is a double board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon. He spent 20 years in Navy Medicine, rising to the rank of Captain. While overseas, he supported Operation Enduring Freedom and mobilized medical support for the president of the United States.
Dr. Locke is trained and experienced in diagnosing and treating various orthopaedic conditions, including fractures, tendon and ligament injuries, knee replacement, ACL and meniscus tears, shoulder instability and rotator cuff tears, carpal tunnel syndrome and trigger finger. Additionally, he is a Qualified Medical Examiner with the State of California and treats work-related injuries and personal injuries.
