Hunter Scriven, DC

Dr. Hunter Scriven is a chiropractor specializing in chronic pain and optimizing patients’ health.

Dr. Scriven’s journey into chiropractic care was driven by his lifelong passion for health and wellness. As a high school athlete, he experienced firsthand the importance of keeping the body functioning optimally through holistic care. During college, he worked as a student firefighter and EMT, where he witnessed the limitations of a traditional healthcare system and recognized the need for preventative, patient-centered treatment. This realization led him to pursue a career in chiropractic care.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree from UC Davis before completing his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Southern California University of Health Sciences, graduating summa cum laude. Through his extensive training and clinical residency, Dr. Scriven gained valuable experience evaluating and treating patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Dr. Scriven is deeply committed to enhancing the lives of those in his community by providing individualized, premier care that addresses the root cause of pain—not just the symptoms. He values building strong, lasting relationships with his patients, focusing on long-term health solutions rather than short-lived pain relief.

When he’s not treating patients, Dr. Scriven enjoys golfing, snowboarding in Tahoe, and taking walks through downtown Davis with his wife and two Australian Shepherds.
