Heather Wittenberg, PsyD is a licensed clinical and consulting psychologist with over 25 years of expertise in developing, supervising, managing, and providing mental health services. Services include complex psychological evaluations for children and adults, in Family Court, Child Welfare, Worker’s Compensation, and adult psychiatric settings. Extensive experience in behavioral health program design and management and clinical oversight. Admitted as an expert witness in Maui County Family Court proceedings. Experienced in child development, attachment, trauma-informed care, and systems-level consultation. Co-founder and executive leader of two behavioral health agencies—Pacific Counseling Group (PCG) and Behavioral Health Services of Maui (BHSM)—servicing over 6,000 individuals annually across Maui County since 1997. Co-lead crisis response services, supervising large clinical teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
